FAQ

Common questions

Who can become an Axel CRM affiliate?
Anyone with an audience of Indian business owners, coaches, agencies, or service providers can apply. This includes YouTube creators, LinkedIn influencers, bloggers, podcast hosts, business consultants, and software reviewers. We review each application to ensure a genuine fit.
How long does the referral cookie last?
We track referrals by account — not by cookie. When someone registers using your referral link, your affiliate code is permanently attached to their account. Even if they sign up weeks later on a different device, your referral is credited. No 30-day cookie limitations.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly — typically within the first 5 business days of each month for the previous month's earnings. Payments are made via UPI or direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You'll need to provide your UPI ID or bank account details in your affiliate dashboard.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
Yes, the minimum payout amount is ₹500. If your balance is below ₹500 at the end of the month, it rolls over to the next month automatically.
Can I use paid advertising to promote Axel CRM?
Organic promotion is welcome and encouraged. Paid advertising is allowed only after prior written approval — please contact your affiliate manager. Bidding on "Axel CRM" brand keywords in search ads is not permitted.
What happens if a referred customer upgrades their plan?
Your commission automatically increases. If a referred customer upgrades from Solo (₹2,999) to Professional (₹5,999), your monthly earning from that customer goes from ₹600 to ₹1,200 — starting with the first payment on the new plan.
