How does per-user pricing work?
You pay for each active user (team member) in your workspace. For example, if you choose the Growth plan at ₹1,499/user/month and have 5 users, your monthly charge is ₹7,495. You can add or remove users at any time.
What is the benefit of annual billing?
Annual billing locks in a discounted per-user rate — roughly 25% less than monthly. You pay for 12 months upfront and save significantly over the course of the year.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page inside your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What payment gateways are supported?
Axel CRM supports Razorpay and Cashfree for your own client-facing payments. You connect your own gateway account — no extra platform fees from us.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is stored with full tenant isolation — your account's data is completely separate from any other business. Backups are available on Business and Enterprise plans.
