Welcome to CSK CRM. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CSK CRM, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

CSK CRM is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that provides tools for managing leads, clients, invoices, bookings, and related business operations on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the service. We reserve the right to terminate trial accounts that are inactive or suspected of abuse.

Your data belongs to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. All data is stored with full tenant isolation — no other organisation can access your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

CSK CRM and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, your access to the service will end. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request a data export before termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSK CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India.
